I would say that Theme Hospital is one of the best Sim. games around. The idea is to build your own hospital, provide staff and treatment rooms and cure as many people as possible! The many illnesses are absolutely wild, ranging from "Bloaty Head" to "Hairyitis". As you get better and more successful, you move up the levels and have to build bigger and better hospitals each time to cope with new equipment and diseases. All in all it's great fun and a definate good buy. I would give the game 8/10!
