Carmageddon has been surrounded by much controvacy. It is a very violent racing game which releaves stress! The idea is to complete the set number of laps but at any time you can veer off the main route and go anywhere you like (which usually envolves running people over). You have to complete the race before the time runs out but extra time is gained by running people over, getting bonus canisters and passing through the checkpoints. Points are awarded at the end of the level and these points can be used to upgrade your engine, weapons or armour. On a half-decent machine, the graphics are mind blowing and the handling is supurb. I like this game! 10/10 + !!!
